GENOCELL - (Powder Foam Agent)

USING METHODE IN FOAM CONCRETE:

Powder foaming agent is passed through a foaming machine after mixing with water. This foam material prepared by joining an aqueous cement and gypsum insulated obtain lightweight concrete.

 

Lightweight aggregate filler, for use in the cement and gypsum based dry mix:

Dry-mixed lightweight aggregate used in packaged products. 

* Forming microbubbles of air in mortar extend the surface area.

* It facilitates the processing of concrete and plaster.

* It prevents the decomposition of water during operation of the plaster surface.

* It increases the adhesion strength to the surface of the plaster.

 

GENOCELL-POWDER FOAM AGENT USES AREA

1-) Porous lightweight concrete production.
2-) E.P.S. Styrofoam granular plaster and lightweight concrete production.
3-) Uses in Perlite plaster.

4-) Dry mix Ready Plaster

5-) It is used in the production of light gypsum boards and plaster.

 PRODUCING FOAM with GENOCELL

  GENOCELL Foam is generated through a 4-5 bar pressure foaming machine after mixing  the powder Foam agent with Water. prodused foam added in the cement mortar for mix. Due to the active proteins and enzymes in the foam structure it provides good strength. Increased pressure resistance of concrete after the concrete dries. Fragile layer does not occur in the concrete surface.
   Prepared with the GENOCELL powder Foam Agent breathable foam concrete, Doesn't make sweating, moisture does not occur and It ensures the longevity of concrete.
